Agave Love Stories

A blind agave spirits tasting, Tomas Estes-style. Rather than following the traditional approach for tasting notes, you'll share the words, images, and memories that are evoked each time you taste an agave spirit.

We'll briefly sketch a personality for each spirit based on these notes and give the participants a chance to guess the brand based on the profile before revealing the name. 

When we approach tasting like this, it allows us to drop the idea of wrong answers and what we're expected to find in the glass.

Our own personal connection to each individual spirit has a chance to come through and provide us with valuable insights we can carry forward into our bars, brands, recipes, and perhaps most importantly, our rituals behind serving agave spirits.
