Alessio was born in Valstrona, small village between Milan and Turin. Started working in a small bar doing coffee and preparing his first aperitivos. After the hospitality school, at 18 years old, left Italy to go to Leeds, North England to learn english and discover the British cocktail culture.
After 2 years he left England and went to Australia to work in Bobeche, the best cocktail bar in Perth, there he learned classic drinks and improved his hospitality skills.
After this experience, he travelled a few months around Asia discovering new products and flavours. Finally he decided to move to Barcelona, one of the most multicultural cities in Europe, where he lives now.
He works in Paradiso with Giacomo Giannotti, one of the most prestigious cocktail bars mentioned in the 50 Best bars list.
