Originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Gaby moved to the UK in 2003 where she worked in some of the best bars of the capital for 10 years. Blending this experience with her Mexican roots, she then became Agave Spirits Ambassador in the UK, fostering education and appreciation of the category through her talks, Gaby express her fondness of Mexican history and culture and fulfil her mission of sharing education and enhancing people’s perception of Mexican spirits and heritage.
