The Mastiha Project as an initiative to promote the category of mastic in restaurants and bars by the Oz Group team, aims at the commercial development of the entire category of mastic drinks, as well as the tourist promotion of the island of Chios through an experiential tour program entitled ''Mastiha Experience''. In this quality experiential experience of various professionals of the bar & restaurant sector, which takes place in Chios in collaboration with various distilleries of mastic liqueurs and mastic spirits, the route from the mastic tree to the bottle is explained, thus adding value to the final product.
