Join Head Brewer Neil as he clears the smoke of modern myth and marketing to reveal, for the first time in a generation, Irish whiskies made with Irish malt peated with Irish turf. As well as Heritage: Hunter, the first of our single malts made from the old, more flavoursome barleys of yesteryear. Once extinct in the Irish landscape, now resurrected from a mere 50 grams to enough to fill fifty barrels.
