This seminar is meant to dive in to the psychological side of a bar team and talk about how creativity happens in a team and how can be boosted for all individuals. We will speak about dynamics of relationships and how each of the of roles inside a bar impact on the equilibrium of the team, how to be a better team, how to be the best version of yourself in a team.
