Alexis Simonidis

Alexis Simonidis has been active in the hospitality industry since 2002. He is the co-founder of ICE UP, the first Greek company dedicated exclusively to the production and national distribution of crystal-clear ice. In his career he has worked as Head-bartender of Clumsies, won the title of “Word Class Bartender of the Year 2016” and has consulted in hospitality businesses both nationally and internationally. He holds the Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits by WSET of London, and also a BA in International Business Economics by the University of the West of England, Bristol.
