Daniele Liberati

I’m an Italian guy coming from a town not so far from Rome. I’ve always been passionate about the hospitality industry by nature and this is also thanks to my aunt, that she opened up this world for me, on an early age. Nowadays, I continue to keep this passion alive spending most of my life around bars, cocktails and the wine world.

Participant of various and different courses and masterclasses related to the hospitality industry and bartender since I was 18. I’ve been graduated as professional Sommelier with the worldwide wine association in 2009, accomplished a Food and Beverage course within the Bocconi University of Milan in 2017.

However my UK experience started when I decided to move in London with my partner in October 2012, started as bartender at The Bulgari hotel and after a year I moved in a new project in Fitzrovia, The London EDITION, a new style of luxury lifestyle hotel.

I spent one year and a half at the Edition as head bartender, working mainly in the Lobby bar and supporting the Punch room team when necessary, moved as Beverage Manager to the 34 Restaurant in Mayfair, part of the Caprice Holding Group, position who made me cover mainly the bar and the wine duties. I left after 3 year and after a lot of projects!

Back in Knightsbridge area in December 2017, I became the General Manager at OSH Restaurant and bars, a new company and a new project reflecting the Central Asian food and Drinks concept. I stayed there until the end of August 2018.

I returned in the London EDITION, this time as a Bar Μanager for the Berners Tavern, where I’m ready to create an enchanted atmosphere and long-lasting memories for our guests!
