Denny is a Partner of the Difford’s Guide Greece. She studied Marketing Management and completed a Masters Degree in Media Communications in the City University of London. Until 2002 she worked as a project manager in the Congress Department of Labrakis Press, being in charge of the account of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , organizing Summit Meetings held in Greece.
In 2003 she challenged herself by leaving her career for her passion. Food & Drinks and became active in journalism, writing about Food, Wine & Spirits cooperating as a freelancer journalist and/ or editor in chief with the most important publications in Greece (newspapers: Eleftherotypia, Kathimerini, Eleftheros Typos, Ethnos and magazines: TimeOut London, Timeout Athens, Athinorama, EY ZHN, Fooding, Oinoxoos, Umami, Foodie, Vogue, Status, Esquire, Timeout Athens Visitors Guide).
She is also a restaurant critic (8 years member in the judging Committee of the Greek Restaurant Awards Toques d’Or) and a judge at the finals of various cocktail competitions in Greece and international wine competitions.
Since 18 she has been traveling around the world tasting!
She has a long portfolio of interviews with international top professionals in the areas of Food, Wine and Spirits.
