Dionisis Polatos graduated from the Department of Physics (University of Science). In 2012 he excelled in WSPC's Level 2 Spirits. Since 2014 he also holds the title of Sommelier. He represented Greece in international contests such as Tales of Cocktails, New Orleans, 2011 and Cuba, 2012. He has travelled all over the world in order to enrich his knowledge about spirits. In the past, he worked in bars such as: Zanzibar, Thermo, Folie, Hyderone, Santa Botella, El Rey ALOBAR and hUge. At present, Dionisis works as a head bartender at Ipitou streetbar in Syntagma and FInca Vigia in Psychiko. He is also the brand ambassador of M Dry Mastiha, the first Dry Mastiha spirit drink.
