George Dendrakis
My passion for Bartending and cocktails started as a hobby 10 years ago. Immediately I realised that there was a lot more to it. In my search on a professional level I received my training at “ Shaker Bar School” of London. There at the metropolis of cocktails and through the vast information and knowledge that I acquired, my passion turned into an ongoing search. I continued attending seminars all over the world. Some of the most important ones being that of New Orleans “ Tales of the cocktails” as well as those in Berlin and Paris and many other seminars and tasting events. Very important moments in my journey are the competitions I have taken part in which are more than 20. The highlights being winning 2nd place in “ World class Greece 2019” one of the most demanding competitions worldwide and of course winning 1st place in the “Diplomatico world tournament “ which was my ticket to enter the world final in Venezuela.
