Giannis Miliotis
Born in Athens, he lives in Chios, where he worked in the hospitality industry and met the society of mastic, a unique resin produced only there since antiquity. Head bartender at Oz Cocktail Bar, Oz Catering Services and Oz Bay - Veranda until the summer of 2021, member of the ‘Mastiha Experience’ team since its inception, with entries and prizes in global competitions.

 

 He studied at the WSPC, MBA with a dissertation in ‘Experiential Marketing’, with certifications in ‘Food Chemistry and Nutrition Technology’ and in ‘Digital Marketing’. It spreads the uses of mastic, through presentations, seminars, as a host behind the bar and now as an ambassador of a new category through the AXIA spirit.
