George Kavaklis
George Kavaklis has been active in the catering industry for the last ten years, as a bartender he started his career in 2013 when he opened the Spoiled Cocktail Bar in Daphne. Since then both he and Spoiled have received several awards. The constant need for development has led him to create a model laboratory in Spoiled. While his passion for Mexico and the world of Agave was captured with the creation of Barro Negro in the center of Athens in which he is a co-owner.
