Since the age of 15, Manolis Afordakos has worked in gastronomy. His adventure begins in Crete, where he gained his first experiences in Gastronomy. He graduated from Steigenberger Academy in 2008. Today he works as the Bar Manager at Little London in the centre of Munich, where he further developed his experience and insights in high end Gastronomy. He joined the Grace gin family in 2016, as Brand Ambassador making a significant contribution to our ever expanding international export markets.
