Mike Foster

Mike is the Global Brand Ambassador for Belvedere, the world’s first Ultra-Premium Vodka. Mike’s successful career in the hospitality industry started in the pubs and restaurants of Yorkshire from the young age of 15. In 2012, Mike moved to London to work with award winning bar owner, Tony Conigliaro. Here, Mike developed his understanding of the science of aroma and flavour. During this time Mike won several Global Cocktail Competitions and regularly delivered talks at major UK food and drink events. From 2018 he is part of the Belvedere Vodka Maison. He now develops and implements education and drinks programs around the world, as well as assisting in the creation of Belvedere’s product innovation pipeline.
