Mirsini Spaneli currently lives in Athens. She has studied Finance in Tourism at TEI of Athens and bartending at Bar Academy in Athens. She has spent a lot of time travelling around the world, to expand her knowledge and experiences by joining global events and more. Awarded  hospitality and cocktail designer for over 20 years, Mirsini Spaneli focuses on avant garde services, up-to-date techniques and real hospitality. Additionally she has taken up important hospitality enterprises  as well as brand collaborations, successfully, either as a bar manager or a consultant. Tutoring bartenders was always a natural inclination. Her last but not least bar restaurant inspiration is Suntan at Falatados, Tinos.
