Nick Ginargiros
Nick Ginargiros have started as a computer engineer in Paxos, a small island in Ionian Sea, but bars win him over since 2012. Now he is a successful co-owner and bartender of Porto Vecchio Bar in Paxos, while in 2021 he was proclaimed as the World Class Bartender for Greece.
Apart from his role as a bar manager and bartender, he loves creating huge batches of RTDs, using local ingredients. He is a fan of fermentation and bubbles, and he is in the process of completing the IBD certification on distillation- the most widely recognized distilling qualification in the world.
