Spyros Patsialos

Spyros Patsialos is the Founder of huntingspirits.tv. He has been a bartender from 2000 to 2014. Until 2011 he took part in dozens of cocktail competitions and achieved great distinctions and awards. Since then, he has been a judge in leading similar events in Greece, but also in Ibiza and Cyprus, as well as in the world leading competition of Worldclass (in Greece) for 2021. In 2014 he represented Greece for the Worldwide Negroni Project. Since 2009 he has been writing about alcohol, bars and cocktails and his articles have been published in printed magazines and free press. He is known for his love and expertise in Gin and Genever. Over the last few years he has been studying nutrition.
