Theodoros Spyropoulos
Born and raised in Athens Greece, Teo Spiropoulos used to work as a bartender. It was 2013 when he first visited Japan and the distilleries of Chichibu and Suntory Hakushu. In 2014 won Diageo Greek world class competition. Since then, he follows the path of whisky, visiting numerous of distilleries in Scotland and promoted many of those in Greece. In 2020 he published his first ever book “THREE DAYS & ONE DAY”, which is actually the first ever Greek book for production of whisky and its recognized by the Greek national library. Since 2019 till today works for Cava Anthidis as whisky developer and import manager. In 2021 signed up also as European brand ambassador & sales manager at The Single Cask ltd.
