Tommaso Secca


Tommaso's experience in hospitality began at 13 years old. From the age of the 16, while working for private clubs he developed interest for the mixology industry. At 18 he flew to London to take his knowledge to experience to an new level. In 2005 Tommaso met Mr. Roberto Cavalli, came back to Italy, in Milan, and became bar manager in his new restaurant. Being one of the first concept restaurant mixing fashion and food. Trussardi alla Scala gave Tommaso a valuable experience from the cuisine industry. Since 2018 Tommaso is the Store Manager at Camparino in Galleria, one of the most iconic venues in Milan opened by Davide Campari in 1915, creating a new concept of bar style, an Excellence of heritage together with innovation.
