Allan Anderson
Allan Anderson is the Group Whisky Director of Alexandrion Group. He is responsible for the group’s distillery projects from an operational, quality & technical point of view in Romania and in the USA and has been tasked with making Romania’s 1st ever Single Malt Whisky.
Allan has 30 years of experience in the operation, project management, modification and expansion of large whisky Distilleries in Scotland, Ireland, USA and Romania and is currently the only person in the world to make single malt whisky in Scotland, Ireland & Romania.
Throughout his professional career, Allan was in charge of all the operations, engineering & expansion projects for The Loch Lomond Distillery in Scotland, as distillery manager, he was involved in completing the conversion of The Great Northern Distillery to become the 2nd largest whisky Distillery in Ireland and has been a consultant for many smaller distillery projects.
Allan Anderson is a qualified Electrical Engineer.
