Dimitra Antonakopoulou has been active in the hospitality industry the last 15 years. She studied computer science, but the bars win her over quickly. She has been a Greek finalist at the World Class Competition five times. Since 2018, she has taken over as a bar manager for the family of Shamone Club,  Shamonette and Artisanal, where you will find her serving her cocktails..
