Héktor is born in Mexico, raised in Spain and has over 20 years of experience in the F&B circles of Europe & Asia.  In 2004, after becoming the Regional Champion of the Grand Prix Bacardi-Martini competition in Madrid, Héktor began to professionally delve into the art of mixology. His major projects in Asia include the largest Latin Lounge in Asia: Unico with Best Chef in the World 2020 Mauro Colagreco, the first Louis Vuitton Lounge in Asia and the first Mercedes Benz (me) Bar in the world.
