Sakis Papagiannis has been in the catering industry since 2000 and has influences multicultural from the tourism industry. Co-owner and Bar manager of BitterSweet Cocktail bar In the city of Trikala, he is a partner of the agronomist of the University of Athens in the guarantor certification process propagating material of aromatic plants and herbs of Greece. He's got completion of Customer Service Management and Bar Management. It started in 2020 wine studies at WSET in Athens. He loves Greek spirits, he supports her Greek distillery and small Greek producers.
