My name is Ian O’Brien. I have worked for Waterford Distillery since it’s set up in 2015 Worked as Distiller for 5 years before moving into Brand and Social Media for Waterford Whisky. Now I travel the globe educating and holding tastings and seminars on every aspect of Waterfords journey from the field, through the process and finally to our range of whiskies we have now.
