In 2004 he opened his blog, Isla de Rum. Since 2012 he has developed a trainning module entitled Rum master, about rum history, production project, legislation, labeling and advanced tasting techniques. He travels the world especially in the Caribbean as internation judge, trainer, consultant, speaker in many of the moste important trade evnets and trainin schools for bartenders.
