Samuele Ambrosi

Official trainer for AIBES bartending school and member of IBA, Samuele is consultant and the trainer for several companies in the beverage industry, owner of Cloakroom Cocktail Lab, knowledge hub and partener in La Pace, all located in Treviso. Throughout his career he won various italian and international competitions such us: best student in Europe, and best team in 2003 at the IBA training centre Europe Karlvy Vary. Winner of the AIBES Angelo Zola contest in Sicily in 2004, Winner in 2005 in Singapore of both the Eagle Award world prize at the John White Course Training Centre and best technical skills in South Pacific competition. 2008 winner of world contest in Deauville Normandy Trophee internationaux des Calvados Nouvelle Vogue.
