 The independent whisky bottlers. It’s a profession that always come along with the production of whisky. Take a look at the history of single malt and you can realize the dept that single malts owes to independent bottlers, due to their existence. Ib’s first started showing interest for the single malts of each distillery, in contrast with the whisky industry back in the days that used them only for blending. In this masterclass we will get deep into the secrets of ib’s, feel the rush of sourcing casks into the distilleries warehouses and we will get a better knowledge for distilleries and ageing.
