Lia Zampetoglou
Lia is a Talent Development professional, with over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. Her passion for developing people, products and services, has taken her from F&B Operations to roles such as Personnel Manager for Radisson London Group, her Training & Quality assurance role to, our very own Sani Resort, to the opening of Costa Navarino Resort, the Institute of the Greek Tourism Confederation (INSETE), where she developed INSETEs training activities throughout Greece, to her latest role as Head of Learning & Talent Development for the Sani/Ikos Group. Lia’s purpose is to create Learning Organizations where knowledge and expertise is available for all, restructure and strengthen the overall employee experience and create a Value chain for both employers & employees.
