Miho Komatsu
Miho has been in the Sake industry for over decade now and contributes to Sake export and education around the world. She is now in charge of the Global Sales and Marketing Strategies for Akashi Sake Brewery, Japan.
She has lived in many different countries the past two decades and is also involved in food and drink industry. At the moment she is based in London and is helping in the development of Sake awareness, also formulating strategies for selling sake to distributors, and constantly working on how to spread sake knowledge to the world with deep education through her network globally.
Mrs Komatsu is a holder of the approval program provider APP for WSET and an educator for Level 1 & Level 3 Sake. An advanced Sake professional that has completed the JSS academy. Miho is also an IWC Sake Judge.
She commands a deep knowledge of more than 1,000-year-old art of producing. She is passionate about Sake and enjoys introducing its elegance and refined beauty internationally.
