Sakis’ passion for bartending runs into his DNA, having made a career journey through the most popular bars, clubs & restaurants of Thessaloniki since 1990.

 Some of the milestones of his path are the role of Brand Ambassador for the Greek spirits Skinos Mastiha Spirit & Ottos Vermouth (2017-2019) and Mataroa Dry Gin (2019-2021). Today he is the Brand Ambassador of Alexandrion’s Group premium spirits.

 A landmark of his career is his long term cooperation with the historic bar of the town ‘’Olympion”, as well as his strong bond with ‘’The Prince Barsserrie’’ as the Bar Manager.

 For the last 6 years, he has been a proud instructor at ‘’Bar Academy’, training the bartenders of “tomorrow”.

 Counting more than 65.000 hours behind the bar, he is the ideal person to induct us in the secrets of holistic customer service and to present us why empathy is the secret for both guest’s experience and bartender’s success.
