Giannis Miliotis
Born in Athens, lived in Chios Island for 12 years, where he got into the Hospitality Industry and ‘felt in love’ with the society of Mastiha, a unique resin that can be found only there from ancient times. Former Head bartender of Oz Cocktail Bar, Oz Catering Services and Oz Bay – Veranda until the summer of 2021, member of the “Mastiha Experience’ team since the beginning, participation and award-winner in global competitions, studied at WSPC, MBA with a thesis on ‘Experiential Marketing’, certifications in ‘Food Chemistry and Nutrition Technology’ and ‘Digital Marketing’ and currenty bartender at The Lokali Bar and AXIA’s Global Brand Ambassador. He spreads the uses of Mastiha, through presentations and seminars as a host, and he is AXIA’s Global Brand Ambassador.
