Alberto C. Vollmer is Chairman and CEO of Ron Santa Teresa, Venezuela’s oldest rum brand, and a fifth-generation family leader. With a background in civil engineering and executive training from Harvard and Kellogg, he has over 30 years of industry experience. In 2003, Alberto founded Project Alcatraz, a program using rugby and strong values to rehabilitate former gang members. The project has helped dismantle 11 gangs, operates in 32 prisons, and has contributed to a 96% reduction in Revenga’s homicide rate.
