Panos is in the bar industry since 2004. Started with a group of “greeks” to look into the more interesting spirit and cocktails behind the bar, something that made them travel to London in 2008, to fulfil IPbartenders school, of Ben Reed. In 2008 he became the first Bacardi Brand Ambassador for the greek market. Has won many cocktail competitions (2012 Winner Of Mastiha Skinos Greece, 2012 Winner of Beefeater Greece, 2012 Beefeater Global competition 3rd place). In 2012 he became Brand Ambassador for MONIN, under Sky Spirits Company. Until September 2023 he was the Marketing Manager for Sky Spirits Company, a boutique import company with a premium brand portfolio, such as Flor de Cana Rum, Don Papa, Nikka Whiskey, Tito’s and Monin. Since then he collaborated with Sky Spirits to create their own brand, Vamma Vermouth. A unique bittersweet vermouth, with great aftertaste and Greek elements. At the same time he is the coowner in 2 cocktail bars, Old Dog in Athens & OMMA in Tinos island. Old Dog has one of the largest spirit selection in Athens, and has won many awards.
