Depending on the case, this includes your full name, postal and email address, professional details, landline and mobile phone numbers and any other information that allows you to be identified under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), Greek law and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

2. What personal data we collect
For example, we process and protect your personal data collected from requests to take part as exhibitors, speakers or accredited media, from your visit to the show and its side events, in the context of promotional activities (marketing), and in the context of our general communication with you, support and information.

5. How we collect your personal data
The Company collects your personal data, for example:

6. Data minimisation, storage and deletion
The Company always asks for the minimum personal data needed to provide its services. It keeps data only for as long as the purpose of processing requires or tax and other laws provide, and then anonymises or destroys it.
