- Saturday, 1/11: Warehouses 1 open at 08:00 – close at 20:00
- Sunday, 2/11: Warehouses 1 open at 09:00 – close at 20:00
- Monday 3/11: Warehouses 1, 2, 3 open at 08:00 – close at 22:00
- Tuesday, 4/11: Warehouses 1, 2, 3 open at 08:00 – close at 22:00
- Wednesday, 5/11: Warehouses 1, 2, 3 open at 08:00 – close at 23:00
- Thursday, 6/11: Warehouses 1, 2, 3 open at 08:00 – close at 16:00, and Warehouse 3 additionally closes at 00:00
- Friday, 7/11: Warehouses 1 and 3 open at 09:00 – close at 14:00

- Warehouse 1 – Building D12 (opens Saturday, 1/11 at 08:00 and closes Friday, 7/11 at 13:00).
- Warehouse 2 - Tent located behind the outdoor café of Technopolis (opens Sunday morning).
- Warehouse 3 – Tent located behind Building 236 INNOVATHENS (opens Sunday morning).

* On Friday, 7/11, after 14:00 the warehouses will remain unattended. All items must be removed by that time.

- Public entry and exit is from Iakhou & Pireos Street.
- Public entry and exit for people with disabilities (ADA) is only from Iakhou Street.
- Exhibitor entry is from Persefonis Street.
- Exhibitors, staff, and speakers may enter from Persefonis Street starting at 08:00.
- For the Closing Party, the only entry/exit point (including ADA access) is from Persefonis Street.

There are two types of accreditation:

‍1. Entry Wristband (mandatory for all)
The entry wristband is required for everyone in order to enter and move freely within the common areas of the exhibition.

‍Blue wristband: for visitors and exhibitor staff
‍White wristband: extended access for exhibitors, speakers, and booth managers

‍2. Badge (optional)

The badge is optional, indicates role/identity, and provides additional access in designated graded-access areas. It must always be accompanied by a white wristband.All badge holders must wear their wristband at all times while inside the venue. To request badges, please inform your account managers of how many you will need. A badge without an entry wristband will not be recognized and does not guarantee access to the venue.

During the Athens Bar Show, tons of glass bottles and paper packaging are generated. Since 2018, our intention has been to collaborate with the Hellenic Recycling Company, primarily for glass but also for other waste produced as part of our operations.However, we have observed that this information does not always reach the staff, and in some cases not even the booth managers.

This year, we would like as many people as possible involved in the production and operation of your booth(s) to be properly informed. No matter how many recycling programs we implement, if the information does not reach your teams, we will not be able to achieve the desired level of waste management.

The organizer does NOT provide bins or garbage bags for the booths.
Indoor waste bins located at designated points inside the buildings are strictly for use by visitors — NOT by exhibitors.

The organizer’s cleaning crew will collect waste from exhibitor booths according to a set schedule, from the start of the exhibition until 20:00. After 20:00, the removal of waste from exhibitor booths must be carried out by the exhibitor’s staff to the designated points.

- Exhibitors must use appropriate waste bins within their booths.
- They must use heavy-duty garbage bags and maintain an adequate supply to cover their needs.
- Each bin must always be fitted with a double (2) heavy-duty garbage bag for safety reasons. If the first bag tears, both must be removed simultaneously.
- Garbage bags must be replaced when they reach a maximum of two-thirds (⅔) capacity. In the case of heavy waste, replacement must occur when the bag reaches a maximum of one-half (½) capacity.
- If the above requirements are not followed, the responsibility for removing overweight or torn garbage bags lies with the exhibitor’s staff.
- Emergency waste removal (outside the scheduled collection by our crew) must be carried out by the exhibitor’s staff to the designated outdoor collection points with large bins.
- At the end of each day, waste removal from exhibitor booths must be carried out ONLY by the exhibitor’s staff to the designated points.
- Construction debris must be disposed of by exhibitors only at the designated locations with metal containers for rubble: opposite the main visitor entrance, and behind Booth 102 and the Technopolis canteen.

Cleaning crews of the Athens Bar Show will maintain the common areas inside and outside the exhibition buildings.
The maintenance of cleanliness within the booths (based on the floor footprint) is the responsibility of the exhibitor and their staff. At night, the cleaning crew will clean only the booth floor.

In case of negligence of the above, the organizer may charge the cleaning of the exhibitor’s space. The charge will range from €50 to €200, depending on the volume of work required.

All visitors, upon entry, will receive a tasting glass (provided by our sponsor, Lav Horeca) to be used for sampling spirits or cocktails.Vikos water, provided by our sponsor, will be available both for visitors’ hydration and for rinsing their glasses.The use of single-use plastic cups is strictly prohibited.

The organizer will offer a glass rental/use service available to all exhibitors, with a cost per booth.Each exhibitor may also use their own glassware, paper cups, or organic utensils. No type of plastic is allowed.

The organizer collaborates with the professional dishwashing company Winterhalter for glass cleaning, a service that exhibitors may use free of charge.Our goal is to reduce both the amount of waste produced and the use of plastics during the two days of the exhibition and the Closing Party.

We confirm that the organizing company has ensured the lawful, safe, and seamless conduct of the exhibition through the strict implementation of the following:

- Issuance of legal documentation and entry tickets for all visitors to the exhibition
- Admission exclusively to adults upon presentation of an ID card or other valid identification documentIssuance of all necessary licenses for the reproduction of music in the common areas of the exhibition
- Compliance with legal procedures regarding staff recruitment, private agreements with exhibitors, suppliers, and other service providers engaged by the organizer for the needs of the eventPresence of security personnel throughout the exhibition to maintain order
- Civil Liability and Accident Insurance coverage*

The General Civil Liability of the Athens Bar Show covers only incidents occurring in the common areas of the exhibition and/or caused by its installations, i.e. anywhere outside the exhibitors’ booths. The Employer’s Liability of the Athens Bar Show covers only individuals with a direct employment relationship with the organizing company (Bar Academy O.E.).

* Exhibitors hold General Civil Liability for incidents occurring within the limits of their booths and/or caused by installations within them, as well as Employer’s Liability for individuals with a direct employment relationship with them. The same applies to the exhibitors’ suppliers and subcontractors. For this reason, the Organizer strongly recommends that exhibitors, as well as all parties involved (including subcontractors) in processes, constructions, and works related to their booths, conclude insurance contracts for General Civil Liability and Employer’s Liability for the duration of their participation and for the booths with which they take part in the Exhibition.

Please remember in due time to:
- Declare the change of workplace location and working hours of your staff who will be employed at your booth during the exhibition.
- Ensure that your staff carry the necessary documents for employment, such as ID card, work permit, etc.
- Have with you copies of the Staff Register.
- Extend existing or conclude new insurance contracts for Civil Liability covering both your employees and third parties, i.e. the visitors at your booth.

Companies participating in the Closing Party must prepare and display a menu with their drinks/cocktails in a clearly visible position at their bar. Each bar will be equipped with an ice well and a speed rail for approximately 10 bottles.

Each bar must have at least 500 drinks/cocktails prepared in advance. In the event that your preparations are finished before the end of the party, a representative must remain at the booth until the party closes.

The organizer’s crew will supply ice and remove garbage bags from booths between 19:00 and 23:30. If you run out of ice before the crew passes by, you may collect additional ice from the organizer’s freezer.

Bartenders and booth staff are not allowed to accept money from visitors. They must direct visitors to purchase coupons/tokens at the entrance cash desks. The price of cocktails (tokens) is €10, and visitors may purchase them upon entry.
