Balkan Tales is a project that brought us the rakia enthusiasts from different fields – producers, traders, educators as well as bartenders and bar owners – together in order to achieve our common mission: namely to present the traditional local spirits of the Balkans, “Rakia”, in a contemporary way as a main cocktail ingredient. The people standing behind Balkan Tales are from RakiaSHOP, Ednā rakia, Arkana Rakia, Seewines Spirits distillery, Zaric distillery as well as Raketa Rakia Bar and Sputnik Cocktail Bar in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are all devoted to the goal to promote high quality rakia all over the world.
