Bordiga is a distillery founded in 1888 by Cav. Pietro Bordiga, an herb and wine connoisseur who created his recipe for Vermouth di Torino. He established his distillery in Cuneo, and he enlarged the Vermouth range, also creating other products such as distillates, amari and traditional Italian liqueurs. As of today, we carry on the tradition of artisanal products, the recipes have been handed down, together with the experience of the master distillers. We use dried herbs, hand harvested in the Alps that surround us, in the respect of our environment and of the people who live in it. Our daily commitment is to maintain, preserve, and enhance the knowledge and experience of our Ancient Distillery.
