HOLYWATERGIN Born from a base of classic dry gin, composed of juniper distillate, coriander extract, cardamom and a touch of licorice. Subsequently, after careful research on the flora around Lourdes, we added iris distillate and pine extract: characteristic plants of the Pyrenees area. To finish, a small percentage of distilled seawater to surprise the taste buds with unexpected salinity and a hint of incense that increases the sophistication of the sensory experience. AGAVESANTA the soul is 100% Agave, tribute to Mexican tradition. But there's more: we add cedar essential oil, the same wood that today sculpts the Madonna of Loreto, to evoke in the aroma and taste a light smoky hint, an olfactory memory of that 1921 fire. The color? An intense, deep red, obtained through hibiscus infusion, inspired by Agua de Jamaica, Mexico's refreshing and symbolic drink. Hibiscus gives the liquid a bittersweet note and visual beauty that speaks of passion, faith and roots.
