The Spirit of Italy brings together ten Italian producers united by a shared commitment to quality, heritage and the culture of Italian drinks: Cocchi, Lucano, Luxardo, Meletti, Moccia, Nardini, Pallini, Strega, Toschi and Varnelli. Together, they showcase the diversity of Italy’s regional traditions, from vermouth and aperitifs to amari, liqueurs and grappa. Each company contributes its own identity, recipes and expertise, connecting generations of craftsmanship with contemporary cocktail culture. At Athens Bar Show 2026, visitors can discover the participating brands, taste their products and meet their representatives at stand 258. The consortium invites bartenders, distributors and hospitality professionals to explore authentic Italian flavours and discover new inspiration for their drinks menus.
