I am Achilleas Plakidas. My journey began in 2012, when I started serving my first drinks as a bartender. Six years later, and to this day, I am the owner of Gorilla Bar in Thessaloniki — a fine drinking bar that never forgets the true meaning of fun. In 2018, I took part in the Greek final of World Class, where I earned my place to compete in the global final. I love to travel and explore different cultures, constantly learning from the global world of modern bartending.
