Aineias is an experienced multi-tasking bar manager and co-owner of Late Bloomers and Kasheme in Zurich. With deep knowledge of both the local and international bar industry, he combines creativity with financial expertise, acting as the “numbers guy” behind the concepts. He opened his first bar in Athens at just 24 and has since focused on creating spaces where culture, cocktails, and community come together. Passionate about jazz and quality time, he recharges through music while driving his projects forward. Aineias is currently working on his first book, sharing insights from his journey in hospitality and bar management.
