Albert Dallago’s professional journey combines design, hospitality, and international culture. He graduated in Graphic Advertising, Kinetics, and Photography and earned a degree in Interior Design at the University of Florence, specializing in exhibitions and spatial design. While studying, he worked in hospitality, from PR and Event Organizer to Bar Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, developing multidisciplinary skills and managing the design of nightlife and cocktail bar concepts, including creative development, business planning, and operational models. His travels, including professional experiences in Canada and Australia and multiple international study trips, enriched his vision and inspired a globally informed approach to his projects. Among his most notable achievements is the Santa Cocktail Club brand, which he conceptualized and currently manages across 4 venues in Italy (Rome, Florence, Venice). Today, Albert is a high-level Project Manager in hospitality, focusing on lighting, materials, sound, spatial flow, and service dynamics, with the aim of transforming every venue into a unique and memorable experience. Mission: to shape the future of hospitality design with an emotional, bespoke, and culturally diverse approach.
