Angelica Schwarzkopf is a Master Bartender (Bachelor Professional in Bar Management, IHK), WSET Level 3 Spirits, and founder of Angeliqueur (Liquid Agency). With nearly 20 years in hospitality as bartender, bar manager, instructor at Barschule München, brand ambassador for Bacardi and other leading spirits brands, she was named Brand Ambassador of the Year 2025 at the Mixology Bar Awards. She serves on the IHK Examination Board in Munich, judges international competitions, and curates the Munich Bar Community. Diagnosed with ADHD and autism last year, she is currently conducting the first scientific study and writing the first book on neurodivergence in hospitality.
