Originally from London, and with global reach, Anna Sebastian has spent over twenty years inside nightclubs, luxury hotels and award-winning venues, including The Savoy and The Langham, building the kind of viewpoint that only comes from time spent immersed in that environment. She has taken bars into the World's 50 Best lists, the Spirited Awards and the Cateys, and collected accolades for menus, teams and leadership along the way. Today she runs Anna Sebastian Hospitality, a consultancy working globally and specialising in commercial and creative strategy for luxury beverage programmes. She is the founder of Celebrate Her, a platform built to create greater visibility for women in hospitality, and sits on the Business Advisory Committee for Tales of the Cocktail. She features on the Code Women of the Year list, is No. 4 in Drinks International's Bar World 100 and is the 2026 winner of the Tales of the Cocktail International Catalyst Award. Each year she presents the CLASS Awards, and she hosts Served with Purpose, a podcast exploring hospitality with intention, with guests such as Jeremy King, Tom Kerridge and Chantelle Nicholson.
