With more than 230 so far (and counting) the menu collection aims to provide an outlook on ingredients and recipes used in bars globally, while offering inspiration for menu concepts, drinks and design. In 2023 he launched the world first fully independent & anonymous global bartending competition which received 1800 applicants in its first year. The competition is in part funded by his bartender apparel brand Broken Bartender & the aim is to independent fund bartender created projects worldwide.
