With over 14 years of experience in hospitality, Dimitris Karapanos has dedicated himself to exploring creativity behind the drink and the guest experience. He is the co-founder of Liquid Elements, a consulting company for hotels, bars, and restaurants, as well as Bar Director of the Jul’s group (Ibiza – Athens – London). What inspires him in the industry is continuous growth — both creatively and personally — because through bartending, one can develop not only their technical skills but also themselves.
