Panagiotis Fragkos is driven by the goal of constantly building and improving his knowledge, skills and abilities in bartending and cocktails. A Bar Academy graduate, he has attended many seminars and workshops by world-class bartenders. Since 2007 he has worked in bars as a bartender and head bartender, and has created cocktail lists for many bars and restaurants. He has worked in many restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Hytra as Bar Manager, and has also held Spirits Expert and Brand Ambassador roles with major drinks companies. Since 2013 he has been part of the Academy team, teaching most of its seminars.
