Greig is a Scottish-born bartender who moved to London at 17 to study fine art. After years spent in pubs and restaurants and a growing love for all things flavour, making people feel special (and whisky!)—he landed his dream role with the Lyan Company. Greig was part of the opening team at Seed Library nearly 4 years ago and has since progressed to Head Bartender, where he puts hospitality and team culture ahead of everything else.
