Ilias began his journey in hospitality at a very young age, and over more than ten years behind bars in Athens and the islands, he has cultivated his technique and passion for bartending. With studies at the Bar Academy and a genuine love for the craft — creative, curious, and always eager to share knowledge and ideas — he is now the Bar Manager and one of the most distinctive figures at SPOIL'D.
